rental inventory consists of townhomes, cottage homes and custom homes.

RENTAL INFORMATION |
| |
|
Furnishings: All rentals
are completely furnished, including linens, towels (1 set for each
guest), dishes, fully equipped kitchens, TV, VCR, etc. A washer and
dryer are provided in each home. |

| |
|
Maximum Occupancy: 3 bedroom homes: 6 people; 4 bedroom homes: 8 people. This occupancy
limitation includes overnight visitors and guests of the renter. Since
bed arrangements differ in each home, please let us know your needs
when making your reservation. |

| |
|
Arrival and Departure Times: Rentals begin at 3:30 p.m. on arrival day and terminate at 11:00 a.m.
on departure day. |

| |
|
Deposits: A $1000.00
deposit is required to reserve most homes. This deposit does not apply toward the rental amount. Deposits are refunded within approximately
60 days of departure if the home is not damaged, is left in clean
condition, and no long distance telephone charges have been incurred. |

| |
|
Cancellations: Rent,
tax and deposits will be returned upon minimum of 60 days notice for
most homes. |

|
|
| |
|
Cleaning: Homes must
be left in clean condition. Departure cleaning instructions are posted
in all rental homes. Daily maid service is not included in
the rental amount. |

|
Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO
PETS ARE ALLOWED IN RENTAL HOMES. Rental deposits will be automatically
forfeited as rent. |
